Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro prices revealed ahead of launch

Xiaomi is about to launch the Xiaomi 12T series to the world soon. The launch is imminent because the line up has received certificates like NBTC. The range will consist of the Xiaomi 12T and the Xiaomi 12T Pro. As the launch draws closer and closer, we now have more details on the devices ahead of their debut.

Ahead of the global launch of the Xiaomi 12T series, we managed to get its pricing details from a list of European retailers. The price is very close to that disclosed by Snoopy Tech earlier.

According to the list of retailers, the Xiaomi 12T will be at the price of €643.39 for the 8 GB of RAM + 256 GB storage variant with three color options: blue, black and silver. The Xiaomi 12T Pro goes up to €841.41 for the 8 GB of RAM + 256 GB storage option, also available in three colors: blue, black and silver. From the price tags revealed by Snoopy Tech are in the format we are used to seeing; we can expect Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro will launch at €649 and €849, respectively. As for the other storage variants, the price remains unknown.

Last year’s Xiaomi 11T was priced at €549 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. In contrast, the Xiaomi 11T Pro was priced at €699 for the same storage variant. And if the leaks turn out to be correct, it will be a bump of 100 to 150 € since last year.

The Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro are the company’s new flagship smartphones which will feature high-end specs. The Xiaomi 12T Pro is said to have a 6.67-inch 1080p 144Hz OLED display, a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip paired with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. The device will likely have a 108MP main camera and a 20MP front camera.

On the other hand, the Xiaomi 12T will be a more affordable offering which will feature the exact specs of the Pro with the Dimensity 8100 chip instead of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and 67W fast charging support instead of 120W.

The Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro are expected to launch in Europe in October 2022. However, it is unclear when the devices will be available in other markets, such as India. Nonetheless, leaked pricing for both devices makes them attractive propositions for flagship smartphone buyers.
