Motorola Edge 30 Ultra launched with 200-megapixel main sensor: price, specs

New Delhi: Motorola has launched the Edge 30 Ultra in a number of international markets. The handset gets a 200-megapixel main sensor in the triple rear camera setup and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. 144Hz refresh rate and edge lights that illuminate to notify users of a new notification, incoming phone call or scheduled alarm.

Price, availability of the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra

The price of the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has been set at EUR 899 (around Rs 72,150) for the sole 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option.

The Motorola phone went on sale in Argentina, Brazil and Europe in Interstellar Black and Starlight White color options. Motorola Edge 30 Ultra will launch in select markets in Latin America, the Middle East and Asia in the coming weeks.

Motorola Edge 30 Ultra Specifications

The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra sports a 6.73-inch FHD+ POLED display. The 10-bit panel offers a refresh rate of 144Hz and a maximum brightness of 1200 nits. You also get an in-display fingerprint reader and HDR10+ support.

For optics, the Moto Edge 30 Ultra gets a triple-camera setup on the rear with a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP1 main sensor with OIS. The sensor captures photos in 12.5 MP resolution by default but can also take photos in its native 200 MP resolution. The main camera is paired with a 50 MP ultrawide shooter and a 12 MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom.

There’s a 60MP Omnivision OV60a sensor for the selfie camera. The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra packs a 4,500mAh battery and comes with 125W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and more. ., as well as an integrated fingerprint reader.
